Bollywood icon Deepika Padukone has officially announced the re-release of the beloved film Piku to mark its 10-year anniversary. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the 2015 classic will hit theatres again on May 9, 2025. The film, which also starred Amitabh Bachchan and the late Irrfan Khan, is remembered for its heartfelt portrayal of a father-daughter bond.

Deepika shared a touching video featuring Bachchan reminiscing about movie, along with a caption saying, “A film that will always have my heart… Irrfan, we miss you!” The movie’s re-release not only celebrates its legacy but also pays tribute to Irrfan’s unforgettable performance.
