Ajay Devgn will be the producer for the next horror comedy movie, which is to be released as Jhalak. This is the second time Devgn Films has joined hands with Panorama Studios after Shaitaan.
The film will include Aaman Devgan, nephew of Ajay Devgn, who is set to make his debut as the protagonist in Azaad. Being a director who actively supports risk-taking and creative initiatives, Ajay Devgn is happy to take young actors like Aaman into his team.
So, after Shaitaan, we planned to work on a genre, which is horror comedy. Jhalak offers the perfect combination, and with such a strong cast, we are sure that viewers will appreciate this show, he added.
True Story of Horror Comedy Films
There is truth behind the horror comedy story that is depicted in the show, so it makes a combination of horror and comedy in the show even more real. Also credited for the successful Gujarati movie Jhamkudi, Umang Vyas is the director of this movie. However, the script is written by Tushar Ajgaonkar, the writer of Munjya.
