Shah Rukh Khan, India’s most influential actor, to join World Government Summit 2024 in Dubai

On Valentine’s Day, Dubai will host Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan for a dialogue session at the forthcoming World Government Summit.

This is the first time the actor will attend the eminent event that aims to shape the future of governments worldwide.

At 10.35am, Khan will lead the conversation titled ‘The Making Of A Star: A Conversation With Shah Rukh Khan’. It will be a 15-minute talk on how he rose to stardom and wealth.

Khan, who is 58 years old, is one of the most reliable stars of Bollywood and had a successful year in 2023 with blockbusters like his action-packed movies ‘Jawaan’ and ‘Pathaan’. His most recent film was ‘Dunki’.

Khan has no doubt made a name for himself as one of India’s most influential actors and has lasted for almost 30 years in Bollywood.

Khan, who has a house in Dubai, is a frequent visitor to the city and often comes here to market his films. In the last month of 2023, Khan was in the UAE to publicize his movie ‘Dunki’.

The actor is famous for his charm and charisma on screen and his humour and honesty off screen. He is affectionately called ‘King Khan’ by his millions of fans worldwide.

In 2018, Khan decided to take a break from acting when his movie ‘Zero’ flopped at the box-office. But he made a comeback in 2023 with a series of hits including the stylish spy thriller ‘Pathaan’ and the action adventure ‘Jawaan’.

Khan will be joined by several eminent leaders including Qatari Emir His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad Al Tahni, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Turkey’s PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the event.
