Siddharth Anand’s much-anticipated action-thriller King is turning into one of Bollywood’s biggest star-studded projects in recent years. Headlined by Shah Rukh Khan, the film continues to make headlines as more powerhouse actors join the cast. The latest addition is Rani Mukerji, marking a reunion with SRK after nearly two decades.
Rani and Shah Rukh last shared screen space in Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2006), with Rani making cameo appearances in his later films such as Om Shanti Om (2007), Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008), and Zero (2018). Her return to a substantial role alongside SRK has fans buzzing with excitement. With filming set to begin on May 20, 2025, in Mumbai, followed by an international schedule in Europe, King promises to deliver an emotional yet high-octane cinematic experience.
