Tiger 3, the latest film of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, is now streaming on Amazon Prime.

The action thriller Tiger 3, which features Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif as a spy duo, hit the theatres on the occasion of Diwali, 12th November. The film, helmed by Maneesh Sharma, is the third part of the successful Tiger series, which follows the exploits of the undercover agents.

Tiger 3 had high expectations from the audience, as it boasted of spectacular action scenes, stunning locations, and an intriguing plot but it failed to impress. The film also stars Emraan Hashmi as the main villain, who portrays a merciless terrorist leader.

The movie received mixed reactions from the viewers, with some appreciating it for the thrilling action sequences while others criticising it for the predictable approach in dealing with political issues.

Poor Performance Of Tiger 3 Tiger 3 earned 278 cr nett Hindi (284 cr nett all languages) in total. Film could not surpass the earnings of the previous instalment of the same franchise. This was a huge blow to YRF’s Spy Universe and Salman Khan’s box office reputation!

Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 is now a disappointment for YRF’s spy universe. Film ended up with less than 300 cr nett in total, which meant it earned less than War and Tiger Zinda Hai.

Tiger 3: 282 cr nett

War (2019): 317.91 cr nett

Tiger Zinda Hai (2017): 339.16 cr nett

Pathaan (2023): 545 cr nett

Film will also be lower than Salman Khan’s earlier films Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Tiger 3 collected around USD 5 million on the first day including paid previews in the overseas market and finished with a poor USD 15 million in total.
